Amongst minor improvements Caimito One Team 1.0.4 adds the following features:

• The color schema for the user interface can be altered to conform with corporate design standards
• A custom logo can be displayed to further brand a public instance of Caimito One Team used to collaborate with customers
• All users can upload a picture of themselves. It will be displayed in front of comments, when viewing an issue, and to show clearly who is working on which story on the iteration page. We think that being able to see all team member faces while working over the distance is especially helpful for geographically distributed teams.
• Support for pair programming: You can activate pair programming for a project. If you do and click the "Start Progress" action, Caimito One Team will allow you to select a navigator. On the iteration display the picture of the driver and navigator will be shown side by side.

We released version 1.0.1 of Caimito One Team and made it available for download. This release has mainly bugfixes to improve compatibility with different browsers plus a few little details in the overall UI.

Tonight is special. We have launched our first product Caimito One Team 1.0 and published our new website. In development since early 2007 the launch of Caimito One Team marks an important date in the history of our small company. What started as a training project for our Panamanian developers has turned into a real product - a piece of shrinked-wrapped software. Well, without the shrinked wrap, as we offer it for download over the Internet but still it's the same idea.

I do remember the good old days early in my own career as software developer when, together with friends in Germany, we were working hard to get an illustration graphics program out the door. We had everything ready including the design for the box - but it never hit the market. So not only is today special for our young Panamanian developers but as well for myself. Launching is the most important event when you develop software. It might feel a bit strange on the day when everything is done and you might not believe the day has finally come. I hope that our future customers will feel the same joy and satisfaction as we did today.
